Orchard Sprayer Control System
Meet HYDROS, the sprayer flow control system developed specifically for the orchard and vineyard industries. The HYDROS flow control system provides the sprayer operator ultimate control over how their sprayer performs. No more left or right only control, no more wondering if the applied rate was correct.
The HYDROS Flow Control system allows for inpedendent flow and on/off control of each spray head. This provides a method to fine tune your spray application and reduces wasted material where it’s not needed. The applied rate is corrected as the sprayer speed changes and the system will automatically adjust the sprayer pressure to keep it optimal based on the GPA settings. No need to manually set ball valves to adjust pressure.
The HYDROS Flow Control system can be installed on a new sprayer or as a retro fit to an existing sprayer. The system can be installed on Blueline, AgTech, PropTec, CurTec sprayers or most any low pressure type sprayers.
